We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your perfume or body splash, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement body splash within 5-7 business days.
